Base Plan

Base Plan is $750 plus $7 per device in the design.

Best for one building, limited to 2-3 floors, and a defined device count. If the job is multi-floor, high-count, or bid-level, use Large Project pricing.

  • Device layout, circuiting, riser/one-line, battery and voltage-drop calculations, sequence/notes as applicable
  • Texas professional stamp / NICET IV review
  • One to two routine / first AHJ comment rounds
  • Minor AHJ and owner-directed revisions
  • 2 hours of as-built edits

Not included

  • $50 cut / data sheets (add-on)
  • $100 floor plan / CAD conversion
  • City / AHJ permit, plan-review, and inspection fees (pass-through)
  • PE seal when an AHJ specifically requires a PE
  • Travel / site survey unless quoted
  • Installation, programming, inspection, or service

Base Plan is for straight forward design. Large Project is for work that needs a defined scope and a written proposal.

Minor AHJ and owner-directed revisions that do not change the original scope are included. A large change in device counts, additional floors, system type, or a new design cycle after the included round is a new scope item and will be quoted before work continues.
