Our flat-rate structure includes everything you need to get started—base plans, device-level add-ons, CAD conversions, and even minor revisions. You’ll always know what to expect, and with our Best Price Guarantee, you won’t find better value anywhere else.
Base Plan is $750 plus $7 per device in the design.
Best for one building, limited to 2-3 floors, and a defined device count. If the job is multi-floor, high-count, or bid-level, use Large Project pricing.
No checkout price — you get a formal proposal before work starts.
Often added to Base or bundled into a Large Project proposal.
We will meet a lower advertised price for the same sealed, permit-ready design package. Install or service bids do not apply.
Longhorn Fire Alarm Design is a design-only firm. We do not bid or perform installation or service.
Minor AHJ and owner-directed revisions that do not change the original scope are included. A large change in device counts, additional floors, system type, or a new design cycle after the included round is a new scope item and will be quoted before work continues.
